In order to defend the rule of law, pluralism, respect for democratic norms, and due process defeating Trump and his enablers by peaceful means is a moral necessity.

This has nothing to do with being piñatas or being as odious and deplorable as the Deplorables and everything to do with having a plan and sticking to it. We, the #resistance are responsible for keeping the Trump administration in total disarray and getting a special counselor appointed who will hound his presidency. That's a lot. We have gummed up almost everything the Deplorables want that can not be achieved by presidential fiat or one party control.

There is nothing smart about posting macabre images of Trump on instagram which attracts the gaze of the Secret Service and gives the Deplorables a taliking point. Keeping the Trump administration in constant chaos is smart.

"Revenge is a dish best served cold." Protest peacefully, call your congressperson, attend town halls, be active on social media.

We will win because we are right.
