Democratic Party is lucky to have people like Adam Schiff...

He was being interviewed by Alisyn Camerota on CNN this morning and they were discussing Jeff Sessions testimony from yesterday when she broke into the conversation with a breaking story. There was a live shooting going on and there were Congressmen nearby. There were no details at the time. Then she went back to the subject at hand to continue the interview with Rep Schiff.

Admirably, he had the awareness about him to recognize that the breaking story was more important than his interview. He expressed hope and sympathy for those that may have been shot and spoke of the bi-partisanship that takes place when they have their annual baseball game. He showed himself to be a thoughtful and compassionate person.

I'm glad he is on our side.
