Breaking: Just confirmed by source with knowledge of Mueller investigation. Paul Manafort is not cooperating. He has no deal. Full stop.

Apparently, so long as you register, the DoJ has been very lenient about the time limit. His lawyer KNOWS what the evidence is, and told him to register, or face a possible charge. Manafort is dirty, and is trying to scramble to minimize his exposure.
