Trump will punch back 10 times harder if attacked: Melania Trump defends vicious facelift tweets

First Lady Melania Trump did not condemn her husband President Donald Trumps vicious personal attack on Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski on Thursday, but instead issued a statement defending the president and plugging her anti-cyber bullying program.
As the First Lady has stated publicly in the past, when her husband gets attacked, he will punch back 10 times harder, said a statement from Melania Trump spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham, according to CNN.
Talking Points Memo pointed to a tweet by NBC News national correspondent Peter Alexander that said when Grisham was asked about Melania Trumps stance against cyber bullying, the response was that Melania Trump is continuing to be thoughtful about her platform.

(36,108 posts)That Mika apparently said he was lying and destroying the country. She also referred to the fake Time cover he had made.
What will he do if the press accuse him of something specific and less generic than 'destroying the country?' And how does he NOT KNOW that EVERYONE thinks he's destroying the country!?

(733 posts)Melanie did not 'defend' Trump because that would entail justifying brute force.
She just said what Trump would do. So that's a threat.

(63,221 posts)not very nice things about him. Big fucking deal. A mature adult would ignore it and let it roll off their back. A mature adult would know that ALL presidents get this kind of treatment from the media and there is no way to avoid it, so you might as well just accept the fact that not everyone is going to like you.
But no, not Little Donny Snowflake! He can't let ANYTHING go by! Every insult or criticism has to be met with a childish, vengeful public insult - the more vulgar, the better. He's 71 and he will never, ever mature past the emotional age of an 8 year-old.
The fact that so many of his moronic followers admire this behavior is what is even more distressing. He has brought such degradation to the country I don't even recognize it anymore.
