It's a quiet day for protesting within driving distance, so I stayed home to wait for a package containing a part for a machine that knits sweaters, blankets, and hats. I use it for binkies for kids in foster care (It goes in the suitcase packs we build so the little ones don't have to use garbage bags) and warm winter clothing for our unhoused community members.
