Wellness visits for women which includes mammograms and tests for uterine cancer, prenatal care, child care. They laughed and hauled out beer kegs to celebrate their deaths. This is not the America I knew, yet it is the America we now have.

Think about it. It is not just healthcare which will kill us. Our environment and our EPA control, will kill us. The CDC, underfunded. Infrastructure, you may die on the bridge that collapses on your way home. The FDA, protecting our food is no longer important to them. Yet it will kill us and stupid them it can kill them too.

2. Trump is the anti-Obama president

The purpose of Trump's whole point in becoming president is pay-back for having to sit and endure Obama burning and ridiculing him at the White House Correspondent's Dinner. He has a scorched earth policy about anything Obama and he is hell bent on doing his best to destroy anything related to Obama.
He appoints people to cabinet positions who either want to destroy the agencies they will head or are simply an in-your-face "see I can do as I please" as president.
Republicans are stuck between a rock and a hard place, deservedly so, since so many of them have hitched their political wagons to Trump or have been silent about what he has done and will do.
But Trump being harshly judged by history is not going to be any comfort to all of the people who will both suffer as well as die as a result of his regime.

Nothing will change until at least 70-80% of the population will start voting each and every election, no matter how small, no matter how hard. If there is a silver lining, will see what happens in 2018. If voter turnout is low again, not even God will help our country and we deserve all of it.

No matter how much we like to bash trump voters, there is nothing more anti-american than non-voting. I will respect folks who voted for trump before I respect those who didn't vote at all.

14. About the GOP voters, a reminder

This uneducated (and in most cases uneducable because they get angry when presented facts) group is problem. They are incapable of putting two and two together. Not just Trump or the knuckle-dragging, Koch-loving GOP members of Congress. Yes, these dumb as rocks voters are the minority but they VOTE!

We need people voting in 2018 and we need paper ballots counted by people.
How are we to accomplish these goals?
