I have pointed out several times that:
1) the republiCONs do NOT support a philosophy attuned to a Democracy (they're more like Fascists);
2) they have values but no ethics; and
3) they have absolutely nothing to offer a Democratic society.
For these reasons they cannot get enough their politicians elected though legitimate means. I.e. they must use extra-legal means to get their guys in office.

I started a couple of threads recently that expressed the SAME EXACT sentiment.

They can't win legitimately, so they STEAL the election, and leave no trace.

Elections are a complete joke and waste of time, but they won't ever let the population realize this.

............from just straight-up passing a law declaring that the Republican Party is to be declared the winner of every single race from here to eternity. They've done everything else, why not take the last step? They've gerrymandered, used voter suppression, used computer vote-rigging and other types of vote-rigging, they've allowed foreign influence to help them win, they got rid of all election regulations aimed at making the system as fair as possible. So now that they control all the branches of government, why not just quit beating around the bush? We all know that the Republican Party feels like they are ENTITLED to rule us, so what's stopping them from just ramming through a bill declaring themselves the winners of all elections in perpetuity? Because they've done everything else.

The one thing the Republican Party fears more than anything else in this world is a fair election where every vote counts and all votes are counted. Because they know they lose fair elections.
