Basically, that Americans, Democrats and Republicans, do not trust him, when the rubber meets the road.

Trump has a trust deficiency with the American people. So far, 42 states are reportedly against his plan to make a government database to prove he won the popular vote in the last election. But, he cannot be trusted with the information.

Starting in 2013 – just as the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act – a coterie of Trump operatives, under the direction of Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, created a system to purge 1.1 million Americans of color from the voter rolls of GOP–controlled states.
