That's what's missing in Medicare advantage
every healthy richer senior is on advantage because they were targeted and are cheaper.
Seniors pre-existing conditions are usually funneled into regular Medicare and are expensive.
That eliminates the drive for healthier, cheaper, younger clients.
While avoiding sicker, expensive, older, clients
basically, they make the same profit off of both, brilliant
