Let me be clear: I wish Tennessee would elect a good progressive to replace Corker. But my impression is that, in his own mind, he's trying to be a good Senator. Which puts him ahead of the vast majority of other Republicans in the Senate.

but if McConnell tells him to vote for whatever he decides to put up for a vote, he most likely will.
