An observation about the Hamburg riots.

I've watched various on the street coverage since it began, and though there are lots of loud bangs and flashes no one believes them to be guns. It's absolutely astounding what not having guns everywhere does. These are awfully destructive and I know there are lots of injuries, but here there would be a whole lot of death, I fear.

Were we to exercise this part of our constitution we would still have states where gun ownership and gun deaths were rampant, but we would also have states where it would be nonexistent.

But, that would make sense.
