There will be consequences if anybody gets hurt or worse. Anyone with a weapon would still have to lawfully and safely handle it in public.

Here open carry is done merely for the optics of threat of safety. (You gotta wonder whether the real message is "We're ready to re-start the Civil War and this time, we'll win!&quot

It is tough to open carry with a robe on. Only one holstered pistol was spotted. The man was in a sort of black uniform as were several others. He kept patting it as if to reassure himself. They were outnumbered 40 to one.
