Another "Dear Brad" email to my congressman

Got an email from Bradley Byrne (R) AL dist 1.
Asked for my opinion and had a survey.
I took the survey and added the following:

"Well, OK, since you asked.

It’s my opinion that our CinC just spent 2 1/2 hours with the head of state of one of our primary adversaries who had hacked into our last election and the said CinC allowed as how it COULD have been Russia that did it, or maybe one or more unnamed entities that he can’t identify but we don’t know when ALL of his country’s security organizations (17?) have told him IT WAS THE RUSSIANS ON PUTIN’S ORDERS.

But Putin said “Nope, wasn’t us, honest.” and our Dear Leader said “OK, that’s good enough for me, let’s move on.”

And then there’s Ivanka ‘sitting in’ for the president at the G-20. Seriously? The daughter of the president, unelected to any office, unappointed to any cabinet position, just listed as “an advisor to the president”? How crazy would the repubs have gone if Malia had done the same? Can you say “Double Standard”?

Brad, you have to realize that you and the repubs have hitched your wagons to a family of grifters and conmen. Sooner or later the chickens are gonna come home to roost.

2. Dear Brad

It's not me, it's you. You have sat back and allowed a man who claims to be President, have his daughter fill in for him at international summits. You have fiddled while he fired government employees and decimated departments that guard our national security. You may no longer say you are "tough on terrorism" You have put your hands over your ears when the man who says he is President claims that our intelligence agencies are lying when they say Russia hacked our elections, degrading the men and women who work hard and sometimes puts their life on the line for our country. It's you who ignores the tweets of a man who claims to be president that lies and insults Americans, while dry humping Putin.

By doing all of this and more, it is you who are putting your politics ahead of America. In doing so, you are contributing to the decline of America on the world stage. It is you who is fiddling while America's world power is being handed over to the Russian and Chinese. It won't be you who will feel the full ramifications of a world controlled by Russia and Chine, it will be our children and grand children. Our ancestors are turning over in their graves. They have fought so hard to rid the world of despots and it is you who is throwing open the front door, welcoming them in.

It is me, however that is disgusted by you and your compatriots throwing Americans and America under the bus.

My only advice to you is to either come out and say you support the man who claims to be president or start acting like you actually care about democracy.
