Trump suggested a cybersecurity pact with Russia. Lawmakers say they were dumbfounded.
On Sunday morning, President Trump spoke of his new alliance with Russian President Vladimir Putin to erect an “impenetrable Cyber Security unit so that election hacking, & many other negative things, will be guarded.”
This, the president tweeted at 7:31 a.m., came after Putin “vehemently denied” hacking the 2016 U.S. election.
The tweet's timing could not have been more perfect — for congressional critics of Trump's new plan.
It gave them just enough of a head start to workshop one-liners and practice their comedic timing before the Sunday morning political talk shows.

MsM, more specifically, standard channels, non-cable, Sunday morning news-programmng, may be the only time his [eltrumpf] bag of nuts listen to objective, balanced discussion. For those that don't have cable or internet, well-- bless our hearts, we are saddled wiith700 kkkclub, and Christianrepubhate radio (when I did listen in or watch, it was only to get information such as news clips on dems or Obama... who what when; did, say do; they'd show videos or talk about dems/independents /congress or supreme court issues, news clips of the day...I'd have to sort out the kkknoise. Comments of course in the negative about all thinga liberal and nonwhite. Oh they' d start out on the pretext of a Christian program (non profit clause I suppose) then hit you with the hate propaganda; talking to their base only--it's quite sickening really. They'd start with a prayer, then bash Obama, Clinton, Sanders , well everyone really. I couldn't watch, the hypocracy of it all was numbing, the hate was nauseating. ..I can see why the repubbase is almost zombie like, hypnotized my mother says, watching all this fakesnewshatenews day-in-day out 24/7; hate propaganda against dems, black/brown hyphenated not-real Americans Aye!
