It's not "transparency" if you only come clean as a last resort.

It's not "transparency" if you release incriminating evidence only after you know it was coming out anyway.

It's not "transparency" if you (and everyone else) continually lied about it for months.

It's not "transparency" when you tell "incremental truths" (AKA half-truths or whole lies) and then pretend you have nothing to hide.

It's not "transparency".

It's called being busted.
