That's badass. If I were a billionaire, I sign up to be an Uber driver and take people around in that.

People would be so confused at their Uber app until they saw me show up: "Joe will be there to pick you up in 8 minutes driving a golden horse-drawn carriage."

Any visiting heads of state pretend to be a maypole while the French president promenades around him. DeGaulle and Roosevelt used to do it all the time.

Now, let's sit back and wait for that nonsense to become part of Fox News lore.

I wonder how much he does things like this on a daily basis, we do not see, because he is not front and center of a camera.

It would just never occur to him in a million years to turn his back to the media.

Transient Ischemic Attack - also called a mini-stroke.

Same thing when he got off AF1 and didn't see the limo. He's still upright, but blood flow to his brain is not up to full volume.

That's my diagnosis of that little episode.

Disclaimer: While I am not a medical doctor, I play on one the Internet.

right side for a few minutes and also caused me to be unable to speak clearly for that same amount of time.

Maybe spacing out is also a common symptom, but I would imagine that, considering how often we have seen this, we would at least some of the time also see some partial paralysis on one side and/or speech incapacitation for the span of the event.

Much more likely is that he sometimes experiences the sundowning syndrome associated with Alzheimer's. He has the family history, and he is at the age when his father began to show his Alzheimer's symptoms.

several TIAs.

Also, it happens too frequently. Each TIA drastically increases one's likelihood of a major stroke, so this many TIAs so close together would be unlikely without his having already been felled by a major stroke, especially considering his diet, lack of exercise, rage issues, probable high blood pressure, and overall terrible physical condition.

caused by blood pressure medication, which he is probably taking. That can lead to sudden faintness and deterioration of vision. Often, people know that it's there and sort of walk trough it until the pressure goes up and clears their heads. That one, I'm very familiar with, since it happens to me from time to time, particularly after sitting for a long time and then having to get up and walk somewhere. I'm used to it and can normally just take a couple of deep breaths and keep going. But...not always.

In any case, I won't be surprised if Trump takes a tumble down the stairs from AF1 one of these days. He looked a little unsteady in Paris at the top of the steps actually.
