At this point, I have no faith in the 2018 elections, either. There is very little time, and little political will, to correct the systemic problems that currently exist in our voting systems to ensure fair elections by then.

There are about 50,000 voting districts run by volunteers in the states and you are not going to get anything done until after 2020.
