The email subject line was, “Russia — Clinton — private and confidential”, but Trump's spin is to deny that and redirect attention to all the campaign VIPs who attended because they were really, really interested in talking about "Russian adoption" at that meeting.

Forget the lies, what if those visiting Russians brought an offer from Putin? They included a brief summary of the info they could deliver to Trump and the implication they presented was important enough for Kushner to leave the room and personally go straight to Trump with the revelation that the Russians wanted to give him the WH. It's possible then, that the unnamed person who was at that meeting was Donald J. Trump, Russian puppet.
