My prediction on health care

They will hold the vote on the repeal and delayed replace on Obamacare, so that all of the Republicans from red states or districts can vote to do it. It might pass the House ,but not the Senate needing 60 votes. The Republicans will call the Democrats obstructionist, and Trump will try to blame it all on the Dems.They will go thru the kabuki dance of working with the Democrats, but the Republicans will not like anything that the Democrats want to do. Eventually they will pass a temporary measure to help in the exchanges that will not be paid for. All of the Democrats will vote for it; a lot of the Republicans wont. It still wont save them from losing the house in 2018.

2. For a full repeal they can't use recomsiliation.

They can only use reconciliation to dismantle the taxes and fees. Only budgetary things. They cannot repeal the whole law under reconciliation. They could go nuclear wIth all legislation to do it but under the current rules it can't happen.
