(11,936 posts)He could end the cost-sharing-reduction payments with an executive order. That money helps offset the costs for insurers in the exchanges. If he killed that, all the insurers would have to bail.

(52,379 posts)Benedict Donald has made that threat, but if the aca provides for those payments, can't insurance companies go to court if necessary to force the federal government to pay up?
Not sure if the law actually leaves that to executive discretion.

but they got caught trying to transfer the deed of the house to their wife,
now the tenants are going to court screaming.
If they just tried to kill the patient and not evict the tenants they might have got away with it
