Just talkin' 'bout adoption. Who is... Artyom Kuznetsov?
AKA Artem Kuznetsov. Lt Colonel in the Interior Ministry. On the Magnitsky List. Participated in the 2007 raid that seized documents that were used in the refund fraud of over 230 million dollars as well as led in the arrest of Sergei Magnitsky. Officially makes a 10k-15k a year salary but since 2007, there has been a flurry of luxury cars and apartments purchased in the names of wife and mother.
