My '73 Vega's automatic oil change feature was great! Just add a quart every week. And maybe a filter every now and then. Between engine-life and body-rust issues, the only race the Vega ever won was the race to the bottom.

As long as they go with the aluminum four-banger, I'm good with that. As you say, no need to change the oil, ever. Wonderful car!

Actually, you know, I liked the design of the Vega Kammback station wagon, though. With a modern engine, it might have been an OK car, really.

I wore out my 1960 2-door back in 1969, with over 100,000 miles on it. It was red. Bring it back! Never mind Ralph Nader. He was a jerk!
