It violates the 9th and 10th amendments and the equal protection clause.

It violates all reason and rationale as well. The government has no right anywhere in the constitution to prohibit citizens from growing a plant. Especially a harmless plant that has so many medical benefits and helps so many people.

It is a racist law used to oppress and steal from the people of this country. All walks of life use this plant and it is throughout our entire culture from music, movies, art, novels, poetry, it is everywhere and probably used by someone you love. Yet, disproportionately it is minorities that do hard time. It is the poor and struggling that get the stick.

The prohibition laws destroy lives homes and families the plant does not. People even children have died because of police enforcing prohibition. Nobody has ever died as a direct result of ingesting Cannibis. End the injustice Legalize it now!

Should want to see this plant legal. All plants come from a higher power anyone who claims to believe in God, Jesus, Allah, Mother nature etc. Should have faith in their creator and its creation.

It will be pretty hard to ever go back. There is just something right about it.

The folks I have seen at the dispensaries have come from all walks of life. And at least for the first couple of weeks were lined up out of the doors and down the block.
