Trump notoriously likes to be surrounded by good-looking people, and if he were to replace her he'd raise a firestorm among the evangelicals and among semi-aware Republics who would tag him with ditching her because she wasn't pretty enough. The fact that an effort is being made to improve her looks with makeup and false eyelashes indicates that Scar is not happy with her presence.

What I'm going to say is not intended as fat-shaming.

She carries her weight in her upper body, massive shoulders and back, which makes her head sit farther forward on her torso, giving her a slumping appearance even when she's standing up straight. This perceived posture makes her look dowdy and frumpy, no matter how nicely she's dressed.

A woman with such a large face ought not to wear her hair hanging like that. It actually makes her look older. Somebody needs to give her a hairstyle that will flatter the shape of her face. It will help her look more professional, too. Many women who've worn their hair straight and long since their teen years truly don't know what to do with their hair, and she might actually welcome some help in that department.
