BREAKING: The House has invoked martial law. If the Senate passes skinny repeal, the House can vote

whatever they get, the house will sign off and all Repugs will have a WH party again. damn

4 GOP Senators just went in TV and said they would bote No on the bill if the House didn't pledge to a full conference committee. Graham said just passing this bill was a "disaster."
