2. Murkowski is Chairwoman of the appropriations subcmte over Interior. John Dingell

used to fuck with mouthy Reagan and Bush (x2) appointees who gave him trouble when he held seat on Appropriations. If I were Senator Murkowski, I'd make sure Interior needed a compass and flashlight to find the light switches.
