Once Just Days Away From Dying, Gypsys Life Has Really Turned Around (dog rescue)

Gypsy was a mere 34 pounds when surrendered to the Protective Animal Welfare Society by an owner who said his house foreclosed, and he simply didn’t have time to take care of a dog.

There were many signs of neglect, and Gypsy was days away from dying of starvation. Her organs had begun to shut down.
