I'm watching Rachel and she sited a vote in the 1924 presidential election

It was 523 3/20 to 524 3/20. My son is watching with me and we don't know what that 3/20th of the vote is? We're trying to research it online and can't find anything.

Do any of you know?

It was the voting at the Democratic convention. Why votes were split I don't know. n/t Bradshaw3 Aug 2017 #1

we have a lot of work to do. Someone has to speak up and rein in these domestic terrorists or a lot of people are going to get hurt or even killed.
