At what point does the republican party become so embarrassed, disgusted, & scared shitless

that they finally put an end to this nightmare? Trump just made last week's disaster even worse. He is like the mafia dude Lucky Luciano who insisted on taking the stand to defend himself and ended up guaranteeing a guilty verdict.

probably lose their jobs in the next election.

They have to be afraid of voter anger to do the decent thing. Even then, it doesn't always work if there are large bribes involved. See: the ACA repeal vote.

...the GOP doing anything, anything whatever, to jeopardize their power, or their "agenda"? Getting rid of Trump would splinter the party, and enrage the GOP's subhuman "base". I think the Ryans and McConnells are literally afraid for their lives, if they move against Trump...

For them it's all about exerting power, and the liberal derangement syndrome they've instilled on the populace will guarantee that they'll get to keep their power no matter how bad it gets. Remember - they wanted this.

...I think the issue is, they don't know how to handle it. Think about this for a minute, when Dump was inaugurated ...oh and I want to reiterate, I'm going to take a dump on his property;

1. They have the House.

2. They have the Senate.

3. They have the Executive.

4. They maintain a right slant on the Judicial.

5. They have their wet dream, a business guy in the executive.

6. They have a the ratings on the media.

And despite all their planets aligning, all hell breaks loose;

1. The House can't agree.

2. The Senate can't agree.

3. The Executive makes the Netflix "House of Cards" look tame.

4. The Judicial hasn't always gone the way they want it.

5. The business guy is nuts.

6. Their right wing media empire is imploding.

And the irony, they created this mess. They used social media, the 24 hour news cycle, radio, etc. to get them back in power without having to bite the bullet and change the party... but its that same "new tech" that is about to be their demise.

The party is run by greedy, power-mad lunatics. They haven't the slightest idea what the fuck they're doing and none of them are qualified to be in the White House.

I sincerely hope we're watching them destroy the Party, because after this there's nothing. They can't survive this.

brought into his administration from the swamp. Politicians have not been honest about trade, jobs, and the environment. We all will suffer for it. Deregulation will allow the rich to get richer at the expense of the lower and middle classes AND it will allow the continued dishonesty of the RW media. The only way that all changes is with a new Congress, re-instated regulations, and new laws and the total destruction of Citizens United.

hurt all but the 1%.

But that is what they are waiting for. They will all get lots of money under the table the moment they pass that tax cut, and they will not oust Trump(R) till they get that done.

The Republicans are not going to do the right thing.
