1. That is a very good question

Pretty sure most people can understand it in those words.

I'll use that on tebaggers. "OMG Obama was a slumlord etc via shellcorp - but he was owner!1!" Reel them in and throw them in the net.

2. Any majority owner (+50.01 or more stock) who does not exert major influence over the

direction and policies of the company would be a damned fool imo as would be anyone who thinks otherwise.

He chose them, he delegated his authority to them, he paid them, he profited from their work.
