Cumene hydroperoxide (cumyl hydroperoxide) safety data ...

On Rachel's show, the name "cumyl hydroperoxide" went past rather quickly, but it was the only specific compound I heard identified re. the Arkema plant in Crosby. Commonly used in industry as a polymerization initiator; cheaply made from petroleum distillation product (cumene) and oxygen. Like most peroxides, it's what we call a "boomer".
