If victims want any Harvey $Relief, they need to go online and register with FEMA,,,,, ummmm I guess all those old poor folk

You know those $700 ones Chaffetz was griping about. So they could use those assuming they are operable, they have electricity to charge them, and service is still up and running.

Seriously I had to register my daughter for a new daycare last year on a smart phone sitting in the parking lot of the daycare. Talk about nerve racking.

the $40.00 monthly data hookup connection. I know what you mean. A lot of entities refer you to their online webs where you can sit and type with one finger if you want any service.

but still without home wifi data is an issue. Technology is creating another gap. I have heard that wireless internet in other countries is available to the public.

the price would come down, but that has not happened. We have Verizon and he's had it so long he hates to give it up. But it's worth shopping some, for sure. There was a time I got upset when we went over the data, but now it doesn't hurt as much, lol.
