Amazing. Houston is drowning. LA on fire. Montana burning. Irma heading to the East coast.

What does he do? Pardons a racist. Threatens NK. Destroys a dreamers dream, all 800K of them. Deportation pending? Then does a campaign rally outside flooded Houston. His wife wore a hat that said FLOTUS. Who told her that would be a good thing? A FLOAT-US hat to a freaking flood where people were floating belly down. Then goes to Houston once again with his stiletto shod wife for a photo OP where he kissed a black baby and saw so much happiness at the shelter.

President Donald Trump told reporters that he is seeing "a lot of happiness,"

"It's been really nice," Trump said of the visit. "It’s been a wonderful thing. As tough as this was, it’s been a wonderful thing, I think even for the country to watch it and for the world to watch. It’s been beautiful."

When Trump was asked about the flooding, he replied, "The flooding? Oh, yeah, yeah, there’s a lot of water, but it’s leaving pretty quickly. But there’s a lot of water, a lot of water, but it’s moving out."

And as he was leaving the NRG Center, Trump told survivors to "have a good time."

Ah, then he huffs and puffs trying to load a few boxes in to a pick up truck. He was out of breath with the exertion of it all.

Do I hear an Amen? Amen, amen. Hallelujah.

Remember, Phoenix turned out to be a damp squid. He's losing points and people are not being charmed by the phony smike or the very real narcissistic tirades.

You can't fool all of the people all of the time. He's proving that point every time he opens his mouth.

HUGE fire, called a firestorm. http://www.nbcmontana.com/news/wildfires/rice-ridge-fire-now-top-priority-fire-in-nation/616087391

This is the one that has been choking us here in NM due to a strong high pressure area. We'll get a 2 day break on Tuesday when a cold front comes in from the east, the it's back to cough, cough, ecolocough.

And all that stupid fucking orange douchebag can think of is to throw nearly 800,000 Americans out because he thinks their skin is too dark.

At this point, I'll take Irma flattening him, I'll take Yellowstone creating a massive worldwide disaster, I'll take anything that gets rid of HIM.

Sadly, I don't think I"m alone.

although in AZ through OK, it tends to be early summer. The forests are meant to burn over every few decades, seeds can't germinate until the cones have been popped open by fire. We're also seeing decades of Smokey the Bear forestry, when forests weren't allowed to burn over naturally, so a huge amount of fuel has built up and instead of burning the brush, they're turning into dangerous and destructive crown fires.

And the east coast is on the storm track for a season that peaks in fall. Nothing new there, either.

However, both these things are being exacerbated by climate change. This is going to be the new normal, I'm afraid.

It's not happening as fast as it has in the past. Read up on Doggerland sometime. Those poor folks saw sea level rise that took a kilometer of land a year.

Trump Uses Shelter Full Of Harvey Disaster Victims To Brag About The Size Of His Hands

While doing a photo-op of handing out food to Harvey victims at a shelter, Donald Trump took a moment to brag about the size of his hands by informing the press that his hands were too big for the plastic gloves.

If it was spontaneous, maybe. But his first visit was an abject failure, and (some of) the media tore him a new asshole for it. Then Trump's handlers took notes, and choreographed another visit with Trump sticking to a script where he'd appear "human". Trump mechanically went through the scripted moves, and now they're gushing that he's "presidential"?
