The show the Newsroom just ripped cnn, faux, and the news media a huge one tonight.

It started off slow as though it was going to be a soap opera. As things proceeded, the network was reporting misinformation being relayed by the major networks regarding the cost of Obama's trip to India, perpetuated by limbaugh, faux, bachman and the others, then a bulletin came in that Giffords had been shot it the head.

When that report came in that cnn and faux reported she was dead, two producers started to argue. One producer said it had to be reported now because they would lose viewers, and the other producer said, they should NOT report it until it was confirmed by a doctor. They anchor made the call to wait until they had a doctor confirmation, and of course we know the results of that media debacle. Even more timely since those same networks did the same thing with the Supreme Court decision of the ACA, that is call it incorrectly

No wonder the MSM hates this show, because it exposes the circus that has become journalism in this country

Sounds right up my alley. Thanks for the reminder. Do I need to look at episodes from last season to 'get it'?

you may miss a little of the personal stories if you don't see the previous ones, but it won't effect the message, and you can catch on pretty easy anyway

and they have HBOGO which is On-Demand, online. I watched the first 3 episodes that way last week, and they are probably on demand as well.

I think its hbogo.com - but google it.

This is an awesome show. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

HBO just knows how to do this. Their Sunday night programming has been outstanding for 10 years.

The lame relationship "drama" side stories annoyed the daylights out of me the first 3 shows. Glad to hear they are moving past that drivel.

Going to watch when I hit the sack tonight.

Every time they go on TV they should be labeled as "people who lied to America"- just like we let everyone know who the sex offenders are...
