2. Trump and his handlers tend to place people whose aim is to destroy the program they are in

charge of, or turn it into something completely opposite if its intended use.

Guess that's something Trump can brag about - if you think poorly of him, he'll never disappoint.

An Energy Secy that did not know that the Dept of Energy manages all the country's nuclear weapons, Rick Perry.

A Secy of Housing and Urban Development who has not woken up since his approval, sleepy Ben Carson.

A confederacy of dunces (a horrible book, but a good description of this cabinet).
