Mitt Romney is brushing off Rahm Emanuel's claim that he's "whining" about attacks made by President Obama.
"Well, I think when people accuse you of a crime you have a reason to go after them pretty hard, and I'm going to continue going after him," Romney said today on Fox News. "What does it say about a president whose record is so poor that all he can do in the campaign is attack me?"

The fact that he's taking the trouble to deny he had anything to do with what Bain Capital did between 1999 and 2002 implies they did something really horrible in that time period.
It not only implicates Rmoney, but also the entire Gordon-Gekko unregulated let-the-rich-do-what-they-want capitalism model. Rmoney is a symbol of crony-capitalism, which means even if he manages to avoid being directly connected, he's still guilty by association.
He's damaged goods no matter what he does!

I wonder how deep this rabbit hole goes, I have this wish that Obama will start by laying Romney open for all to see, then just pick them off like so many leaves of a diseased tree, all the fuckers that play these tax shelter games need to be run through the wringer, and their claims gone over with a fine tooth comb! I for one would love to see it as a government jobs program, offering data entry, filing, etc to millions so that the computers can sift through the data and spit out the crooks in black and white!
