Throw a wave of attack ads saying Rmoney/Bain invested in abortion! Half the fundies in Rmoney's base won't show up at the polls!

is something which would turn off GOP voters.
maybe he made a huge contribution to Planned Parenthood
or he's invested in the company that makes RU-486
...

its something he's done that the teaparty/right-to-lifers wouldn't accept

After all, he's flip-flopped on so many other issues. He might get crap for a PP contribution, but I don't think that would be any worse than him having used to be pro-choice - and definitely not worth the shit he's getting for hiding the documents.

Perhaps our "liberal" media has already decided to ignore reporting on it.

Our M$M doesn't go out and find stories any more. They have to be led into them.

In a month or two, I suspect that spokespeople for the campaign will begin mentioning this in passing on the morning talk shows. They'll bring it up more forceably. The M$M will do a modest amount of digging. There'll be some questions asked. Finally someone will actually ask a Repub about it and they'll start to hem and haw again. Lather, rinse, repeat.

With the right timing, Team Obama could keep them on the defensive and making them look weak and reactionary right up until November.

You have to think that there is far more to be exposed about this guy.

During the primaries, remember, everywhere Rmoney went, his approval ratings dropped. People don't like him, and the more they know about him, the less they do.

I was looking around at some other sites (no, not the usual suspects) today and they are saying that this has the potential to really hurt Romney. Some hinted that Santorum may rise from the ashes; not surprising, given the business Stericycle is in...

inflaming the RW Catholic Bishops who would gladly take the argument back to their War on Women, ACA, Planned Parenthood, and abortions, and pivot it all away from Willard. And the lame stream media shills will gladly oblige.

Romney Invested in Medical-Waste Firm That Disposed of Aborted Fetuses, Government Documents Show

Earlier this year, Mitt Romney nearly landed in a politically perilous controversy when the Huffington Post reported that in 1999 the GOP presidential candidate had been part of an investment group that invested $75 million in Stericycle, a medical-waste disposal firm that has been attacked by anti-abortion groups for disposing aborted fetuses collected from family planning clinics. Coming during the heat of the GOP primaries, as Romney tried to sell South Carolina Republicans on his pro-life bona fides, the revelation had the potential to damage the candidate's reputation among values voters already suspicious of his shifting position on abortion.

The Stericycle deal—the abortion connection aside—is relevant because of questions regarding the timing of Romney's departure from the private equity firm he founded. Responding to a recent Washington Post story reporting that Bain-acquired companies outsourced jobs, the Romney campaign insisted that Romney exited Bain in February 1999, a month or more before Bain took over two of the companies named in the Post's article. The SEC documents undercut that defense, indicating that Romney still played a role in Bain investments until at least the end of 1999.
