(or receive immunity getting around the 5th issue).

2. I know 3 steps to get them to testify

1. Subpoena to Zuckerberg and Facebook execs
2. Send order to NASDAQ to suspend trading of Facebook stock indefinitely.
3. Request SEC look into 2016 financials for any transactions between FB and Russia.

They can comply with No1 or go thru Numbers 2 and 3.
