Even if we didnt have forces TEARING our party apart at the seams with purity tests and whatnot, even in the very best of circumstances, it would be damn hard.
Now that I am off my angry speech, isnt it amazing that a Nazi is now running the country proving the GOP are Nazi's and I bet we still wont get a bigger turnout than usual.
I mean do we deserve this horrible stuff or what!

(2 posts)I'm not sure Slavitt is right about this. I just googled all news stories with Lamar Alexander for the last twelve hours and I found nothing to confirm the Alexander/Murray negotiations have been kiboshed by McConnell or the leadership. To the contrary, Axios just moved a story reporting that Murray has made a key concession to Alexander in order to come together on a bill that would restore CSR's, exchange stability and premiums relief. The Axios story is at https://www.axios.com/murray-makes-big-concession-in-bipartisan-health-talks-2486922713.html?utm_medium=linkshare&utm_campaign=organic .

(2 posts)Be great if that happened, but not a chance. He's a member of the leadership, and he doesn't really have a choice. McConnell's got him jammed, I'm afraid.

What a lying sack of shit. No way this legislation passes Caassidy's "Jimmy Kimmel's Test".
And don't get me started on Lindsay "the Chameleon" Graham.
