Thks Jimmy kimmel test which is what Kimmel wants is for nobody to be denied care . Which means helping this who can't afford it also.

Cassidy was going around lying and saying a child born with heart problem will get care. for one year.

These things don't go away after one year. These things require regular check ups and surgery at different points in their life.
