‘We have a high school girl as president’: GOP strategist ridicules ‘valley girl’ Trump for whining on Twitter

-snip-

While several left-leaning panelists went after Trump, conservative strategist Evan Siegfried was the most brutal.

“The president is isolated and has an overblown sense of grievance. He feels he needs to be getting credit for things he shouldn’t be getting credit for because he has very few accomplishments,” Siegfried began. “He is becoming isolated and congressional Republicans largely ignore him.”

“He has no real legislative track record, he has only executive orders to show for what he’s done and he has a further divided nation,” he added as he got warmed up.

“At the same time when we look at what he was saying yesterday, it sounds like a valley girl,” he remarked before adopting a teen girl’s voice. “‘Oh, my god, they’re ingrates, why don’t they appreciate me?’ We have a high school girl as president of the United States essentially, who is trying to make it all about him and his ego as opposed to the fact that 5 percent of the people in Puerto Rico don’t have drinkable water. Ninety percent don’t have cell service and only 5 percent have electric power”

“The optics are bad and deservedly so, but it’s now all about how people don’t appreciate the very great things that are going on there,” he concluded in disgust.

for water and assume they get a couple of those big 5 gallon bottles full. They are in a tropical climate standing in line for hours for rationed food, standing in line for hours for 5 gallons of gasoline, standing in line for hours for cash at the bank. My guess is you and family members drink a lot of water just to stay hydrated just standing in line and getting to and from the lines you have to stand in, not to forget about water for bathing, cooking, santizing things so you don't get sick from contamination, or flushing toilets. I give them credit for showing civility and having hung in their this long in those type of dire conditions. Trump and Melania wouldn't have survived an hour under similar conditions. The asshole should show some compassion instead of talking down to these people.

when he was in school and still resentful.

Besides, it's a very poor observation. Rump reacts at a child's level, not an adolescent's. At least half the girls in my classes would have been both wiser and more knowledgeable than he was at 70.

Yesterday there was a post about princesses complete with men's faces on "princess" bodies. It seems they were acting less than strong? Petty, weak? Why he must throw like a girl!

We have to stop this somehow before we are back where we were decades ago. It is coming out quickly and frequently.

I wanted to overlook the misogynistic tone, but I couldn't. It is definitely there. Can any conservative make an argument about anything at all without being prejudiced in some way? I don't think so as their world view is based on bigotry.
