He's polling 32% and everything has been a non-stop fail from day one.

Shrub got off to a lousy start then polled 90% after 9/11.

Yes we all know it's a very different situation but Donnie knows that people rally around the flag at least at the start of any conflict and all he wants is ratings, ratings, ratings!

Surely he's figured out that this is the only game-changer available and he knows he needs one.


With the hints he's been dropping I have to think he kept asking the military for *something* they would let him do and they finally agreed.

Maybe just a show of strength, maybe bomb a disputed island. Or maybe bomb a deserted airstrip, he likes that sort of thing.

Nothing huge, but of course any action against a nuclear power is huge.

Expect something. Something small, but something.
