Weinstein is scum, but

Is it just me, or does it appear that the media is devoting 10× more coverage to a Hollywood producers serial abuse than the serial abusing pretzledent?

I guess we've gone through the looking glass.

We hold a Hollywood producer to a higher standard than politicians.

Hollywood fired a serial abuser. Retrumplicans put one in the White House.

I see from our liberal media that Democrats are responsible for Weinstein, but Retrumplicans aren't responsible for Donnie "Grab 'em By the Pussy" Short Fingers.

Voted for the racist misognyist sexual assaulter.

But Hillary amd Obama are bad bad bad for taking a campaign donation from a sicko before it was publically known. Then they took too long for these non public citizens to talk about it.

This country is fucked in the head.

Writing it off here as abborent sex life. In another saying we should just laugh and say “ So What” if it’s brought up. Rape and sexual harassment *are* important and yes, political issues. I’m done here. Whatever point you think you were making, I think you failed miserably. Placing you on ignore cause my blood pressure can’t take rape apologists.

It hurts when it is someone from our team, but we have to keep the pressure on these creeps. Get rid of the cancer. They use us as cover ... liberal and feminist causes. All predators have their cover stories (Sandusky and his "charities" come to mind.) Best way to win the narrative is to pile on. As one of the actors said, "where are the agents who sent their clients to these predators? They're next."

Looks like he did much more than groping. Still, Trump seems to get a complete pass for his behavior. I think the boys have some kind of bro code, where laughing, ogling, snickering, etc are okay. But the rough stuff crosses the line and makes the man a perv. Something like that? I don't understand it.

The scandal isn't just the magnitude or the star power of the victims. It's the fact that so many knew and did nothing.

ethics to tell the truth about this man.

If everybody knew then I think some of the women were not so innocent.

Though many surely were just imagine not the majority. That's because people talk in this town.

I have worked in the business and people do anything to get ahead in their career, it's not easy to succeed so a super successful man will attract the ambitious even if they "know". So in balance what he could have done for these women probably equaled any roadblocks he threatened or did put in their way.

Too many knew exactly what the game was.
