How is this not an impeachable offense?

(51,590 posts)He said that he is the president and that means he can do whatever he wants. Forget three branches, checks and balances, the constitution, etc. The GOP is in control and he controls them. Congresss is letting him grab their p***ys.

(42,700 posts)and, in fact, they have been held to be unconstitutional by a district court judge. That case is pending appeal but it certainly makes it hard to say that Trump isn't faithfully executing the office of the presidency when he ends subsidies that have been successfully challenged in court.
