- being hit by errant balls
- heart attacks and strokes (no pun intended)
- golf cart accidents, including running off into lakes and drowning
- lightning strikes
- being hit with thrown clubs
- tree accidents (limbs falling, etc.)
- falling
- alligator attacks
- other wild life attacks
- falling objects (even airplane crashes onto courses)
