Chump 36/59 Gallup.

If these numbers hold the GOP will be shellacked in the mid terms. Gerrymandering can only do so much to save them. They don't even have to go lower.

If you want to be a Debbie Downer that is your right. I will submit to the notion that without hope the people perish.

He hates the same people his supporters do and as long as he keeps hating them they will keep supporting him. It's like a pathogen.

I've been waiting many years for the Dems to be the forceful opposition we need them to be. To raise hell about race-based voter suppression, to not be beholden to many of the same entities as the GOP, to not miss opportunities to talk about Trump's sexual assault history while responding to media questions about Weinstein, etc, etc, etc.

It will be in full swing by mid terms and I expect the economy will be cratering by then as well.

I pray the democrats will get control of the House so we can begin the real investigation of Putin's puppet and start impeachment proceedings in earnest.

But his base votes. It helps that they aren't victims of voter suppression. Unless he does a 180 on civil rights, such as coming out in support of BLM or a path to citizenship, he won't lose his base.
