Tyrone S. Woods, U.S. embassy security operative
But whenever I see them referred to as "soldiers" it makes me cringe because it plays DIRECTLY into the false narrative that was used against Hillary.
(Both Doherty and Woods had served in the military, but both had retired from their respective branches before the 2012 attack.)
However - and not to denigrate their loss - they seem to have been the four most important people ever to give their lives in the service of their country, at least as far as being used for political fodder, so I'm glad that picture is out there.
