A nice day at the NC State fair with my wife..except -surrounded by many wearing confederacy support

heritage stickers, lock her up stickers, trump stickers, GOP stickers.

In the building that hosts the groups related to politics, one lonely booth for the NC Democrats, and at least three NC GOP areas - the odious confederacy booth, the equally odious trump booth with the "lock her up" stickers, and the mild-by-comparison with those 2 representing the NC GOP.

Losers, sore losers, ignorance, stupidity - as abundant at the fair as the unhealthy foods like the deep friend everything and the bacon cheeseburgers on sugar dripping donuts as buns.

I suspect this will be our last visit for a long time.

Reading your description doesn't make me want to jump in my car to see rural NC'ians walking around with funnel cake confectionery sugar clinging to their faces. Think I'll save my money for a concert in December.
