Help for a gentleman from Puerto Rico

This gentleman's family is bringing him here subsequent to the hurricane, but they're having difficulty making the arrangements to bring his dog. I know not everyone will have the wherewithal, but if you can give even a few $$, maybe together we can do something for someone who has lost so much.
