A couple -or more - of things on my mind this fine evening
1) Everybody on TV, from Rachel Maddow to Sean Hannity, is always saying that collusion is not a crime.
The problem is that they say it without the explanation that other actions which are necessarily included in the concept of collusion could very well be.
If the campaign were to collude with another entity or nation it logically follows that there would be information and actions by the other nation benefiting the campaign. Each instance would be of financial benefit to the campaign and would constitute in kind donations to the campaign.
As Donald Trump, Jr., at least, should have learned very early on - when he was sending solicitation emails to government officials all over the world - this is against the law.
2)When Rachel went on and on this evening about diversion as opposed to simple distraction as a strategy behind some of Trump's tweets, I am of the opinion that she is inclined to give him way more credit for strategery than am I.
3)Trump simply has not developed the social awareness to make a sympathetic call to anyone without slipping up and saying something like "he knew what he signed up for." Good for nothing piece of shit!
4) I think that the Constitution needs to be amended to add requirements for the president. An IQ test, perhaps. Certainly a civics test to see if she or he has even rudimentary knowledge of of how government works - which Trump clearly does not. And finally, at least a modicum of human decency.
5) I am sleepy and really should think of going to bed before I think up any more obtuse points to mention in this post.
Good night, all.
